How quickly can you get the part to me

80% of parts are next day delivery if ordered before 2pm. On very rare occasions some parts may not be available for a certain period of time. We would always state ETA on ordering, and prior to taking payment.

I have a car that you don't list. Can you still get the parts?

Yes, we will always be able to get the parts, however we only list the manufacturers with bigger savings to gain.

Do I get warranty?

Yes, all parts are sold with a 12 month warranty, leaving you piece of mind if it fails, you will be supplied a replacment free of charge.

Will garages fit my own supplied parts?

Most garages are happy to install customer supplied parts, If you are struggling to find one, let us know and we can help you out.

Why can I not call your office?

We are a modern company with response times via WhatsApp and Email much quicker than a phone line. We generally respond to email and WhatsApp's in office hours within 20 minutes. If we had phone lines, 85% of calls would be on hold longer than 20 minutes, so we have done this to speed up your response time.

What if my part fails, within warranty?

Let us know, and we will get a replacment part to you ASAP, generally within 2 working days, send us the old part back (prepaid) and we will credit the cost. Simple as that.

Do I get extra discount for buying in bulk?

Of course, the same as most things in life, the more you spend, the better the deal.

What if I have been supplied the wrong part?

In the extreamly rare case this happens, let us know and we will get the correct part to you on a same day delivery to reduce as much down time as possible.
